After Menden, the route continues through Hemer and Stephanopel and along tranquil country roads to Ispei. From there, the route continues through Garbeck and Langenholthausen to Bruchhausen. The route winds its way to Langscheid, where you can enjoy the impressive view of the Sorpesee. The route offers a mixture of leisurely sections along the lakeshore and more demanding passages that will challenge your endurance and technique.

from Langscheid, the route leads through Hachen and Hüsten. The route always offers fantastic views of the lake and the surrounding forests. After the Sorpesee, the tour continues through the charming villages of Neheim and Wickede and along quiet country roads to Fröndenberg and back towards Menden

.the last few kilometers take you through the rural countryside before the tour finally ends back in Menden.
