Around 137 kilometers from Neheim to Winterberg, numerous climbs, spectacular descents and the best cyclists in Germany. The Sauerland Tour through Südwestfalen is one of the top racing bike events in the Sauerland.
Arnsberg - Neheim
Winterberg
The race will once again be organized by RC Victoria Neheim in cooperation with SVL Sports GmbH and many clubs and communities from the Hochsauerland district. The original idea came to the organizers together with Hermann Hoffe from W.O.L.L. magazine. As in previous years, the German Cycling Federation has awarded the race the status of a national league race. Although the race through the land of 1000 mountains has only been held for a few years, it enjoys great popularity. Numerous spectators flock to the Hirschberg Wall, the Arnsberg Schlossberg, the Niederwald to Odin near Meschede and the Rochuskapelle in Eslohe for the party mile. The tour starts in Neheim town centre and ends at the Kahler Asten. The road bike route leads from Neheim in the direction of Arnsberg, Warstein, Meschede, Sundern, Eslohe, Schmallenberg up to Winterberg.

On the day of the race, the roads to be used will be completely closed at times. The police will work with a rolling cordon. This means that road traffic will be stopped shortly before the arrival of the race and will be reopened after the entire accompanying convoy has passed. This means a full closure, but of course not everywhere for the entire race day, but only for a short moment.
Take the A 44 (Dortmund - Kassel) and the A 46 (Arnsberg - Brilon) to Neheim.
Once you have arrived in Winterberg, you can take the RE 57 train back to Neheim.
You can find parking facilities in Neheim here.
