The tour begins with a slight climb to Berlar. After Ramsbeck, a longer ascent begins, which leads via Andreasberg and Wasserfall - directly alongside the Fort Fun leisure park - to Siedlinghausen. The route now climbs steadily up to the Großer Bildchen (700m).
After the descent to Niedersorpe, you reach Bad Fredeburg via a smaller mountain. The tour then leads around the Teufelskopf and via Ober- and Niederhenneborn undulating to the Hennesee. The last few kilometers are flat on the traffic-free eastern edge path along the Hennesee to Meschede.
