From Hallenberg, the tour initially follows the Nuhnetal valley at a leisurely pace to Züschen. There are only slight undulations to contend with as far as Girkhausen. Shortly before Bad Berleburg, turn left and the only significant ascent to Wunderthausen soon follows. From here you can really let it run until the finish in Hallenberg.

Wearing a bicycle helmet should be a matter of course for all cyclists. Before setting off, check that your bike is in perfect condition. For demanding tours, we recommend packing plenty of drinks and snacks.
A rescue point system has been installed throughout the region (Soest district, Hochsauerlandkreis, Märkischer Kreis, Olpe district and Siegen-Wittgenstein district). Rescue points can be found on the information boards at the junctions of the Südwestfalen cycle network.
