Our current forest situation

Due to the forestry work caused by the bark beetle infestation, there may be some sections on the paths in the forest that are affected. Since these areas can shift again and again, it is unfortunately hardly possible to name the concrete sections always up-to-date. Also the heavy rainfall on 14.07. has devastated some places and forests, so we can not give an exact statement how it looks in certain forest sections. We try to mark the closures on this page or on Outdooractive.

We would also like to ask for your understanding that some trails are not accessible at all or only with difficulty due to logging. In addition, we would like to ask you to observe closures and notices from forestry workers and foresters.
